I called them at their given number to know some details about the controller. The guy I spoke to was one of the nicest and most humble guys I have ever talked to. He was super friendly and gave me every bit of detail I wanted to know. The Controller arrived today and I have been using it for 2 hours now, it is genuine for sure as the Xbox Accessories app quickly recognised it and started the Firmware Update. The Controller itself arrived in very fresh condition. The box it came in was a bit scuffed and damaged from the sides but apart from that, everything was amazing and super seamless. Didn’t get the Xbox Game Pass that I think comes with these controllers as a few of my friends found one in the box but that doesn’t bother me that much. Amazing Service, Amazing Quality, and just overall a very nice very satisfactory experience. Would definitely recommend it to a friend

My second order with the company. Overall, my 5th item purchased. The controller is original as promised. It’s for my PC. The one being replaced came from the UK and lasted me 4 years, before the joysticks stopped returning to the absolute center upon release. The joysticks and triggers are softer than I’m used to considering I am upgrading from a wired Xbox 360 controller. I think this will take a minute getting used to. Placing the order on Wednesday, having it confirmed on Thursday, I requested the gentleman confirming my order to please somehow someway get this to me by Saturday so my weekend isn’t ruined and I can play some Rocket League.
