Shipping Policies

1. Shipping Information

At EEZEPC, we are committed to providing smooth and timely deliveries across Pakistan. Our primary courier service provider is Leopards Couriers, but depending on circumstances, your parcels may also be delivered by third-party agents or through our own company delivery vehicles.



2. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated based on the value of the items (for insurance purposes) and the delivery destination. We do not charge any additional fees for orders shipped in multiple parcels. In cases where items are stored in different warehouses, we will consolidate them into a single shipment, which may result in a slight delay of one to two additional business day(s).



3. Delivery Timeframes

While we aim to provide an estimated delivery window, exact delivery times cannot always be guaranteed due to the nature of courier operations. If you require a specific delivery timeframe, we will make every effort to accommodate your request.



4. Tracking Your Order

You can track your order on the Track Order page by entering your and Phone Number or with the Tracking Number as well. We are integrated with Leopards Couriers, so you will receive real-time updates directly from the courier system. This ensures that you are always informed about the status and location of your shipment.



5. Shipping Outside Pakistan

Please note, we currently only ship within the borders of Pakistan. We do not offer international shipping at this time.



6. Delivery Requirement

A signature is required upon receipt of all shipments. This ensures the security and confirmation of your delivery. Additionally, for orders being delivered within Karachi, a valid CNIC (or identification card) of both the cardholder and the customer will be required at the time of delivery only if the order is paid via card to verify the authenticity of the transaction. This is necessary for security purposes, to protect against chargebacks and arbitrage, and in case the bank requires verification.



7. Oversized Items

Items that do not meet standard courier parcel requirements will be shipped via economy service, depending on your location. 



8. Order Refusals and Returns

If an order is refused or returned to us due to incorrect or incomplete address information, or if it was declined or undeliverable, EEZEPC will fully refund the customer, including the shipping fees, provided that the order has already been paid. We do not charge any additional fees for returned orders.

Please note, refusing an order, particularly with Cash on Delivery (COD), is generally discouraged, as it may result in unnecessary delays and complications for both parties, and could potentially lead to product damage if the return process takes longer than expected. We kindly encourage our customers to carefully review their order details before confirming the purchase to help ensure a smooth and efficient delivery process.
