8. Refund Policy

- Order Cancellation: You can request to cancel your order at any time before it is shipped. If the order is still in the ‘Order Placed’ status, you can cancel it directly from the order page within 24 hours. For other statuses, please contact our support team.
- Product Defect: Refunds for defective products are handled in accordance with our Warranties and Returns Policy.
- Non-Delivery: If the order is with the courier but has not been delivered, we will first work with the courier to resolve any delivery issues. If the parcel remains undelivered and is returned to us, we will issue a full refund, including shipping fees, provided the order is returned to our warehouse.
- Return: Returns for products are handled in accordance with our Warranties and Returns Policy.
- Change of Mind or Customer-Initiated Refunds: If a refund is requested due to a change of mind, mistaken order, or any reason not caused by us, a 2% processing fee will be deducted for payments made via credit or debit card. This deduction covers non-refundable transaction charges imposed by our payment processor.
Refunds are processed back to the original payment method. Please allow 7-10 working days for the refund to be completed.
