DXRacer has developed the Prince P132 with the aim of pushing the boundaries between maintaining components and the feel of a premium gaming chair at an entry-level price. High-quality cold foam padding surrounding the sustainable steel frame, covered with genuine faux leather is ergonomically constructed to assist long gaming sessions in front of the PC.
The conventional control unit allows you to either unlock the seat, giving you the option to rock back and forth, or completely lock the seat in a horizontal position. The vertically adjustable 1D armrests and the included headrest and lumbar cushions gives the user possibilities to find a preferred posture.
A robust, 5-star nylon wheelbase with 6 cm PU coated casters makes the chair roll smoothly over flat surfaces. The maximum gas lift capacity on the certified class 4 cylinder is 150 kg and the recommended height is up to 185 cm.

Claims Process: Customers must report any issues promptly within the coverage period to qualify for a claim under ezCare. Claims can be submitted to our customer support via email or WhatsApp and should include:
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)
- Detailed description of the issue
- Photographic evidence, if applicable
Exclusions: Coverage does not extend to:
- Intentional damage (e.g., deliberate tampering or misuse etc)
- Physical damage (e.g., water damage, scratches etc)
- Loss or theft of the product
- Cosmetic issues that do not affect functionality
- Change of mind or buyer’s remorse
Transferability: This coverage is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser. The protection plan is not valid if the product is sold or transferred to another party.
Immediate Purchase Requirement: The protection plan must be purchased concurrently with the product order. It is not available for purchase at a later date.
