- Physical damage (e.g., water damage, scratches etc)
- Loss or theft of the product
- Cosmetic issues that do not affect functionality
- Change of mind or buyer’s remorse
Transferability: This coverage is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser. The protection plan is not valid if the product is sold or transferred to another party.
Immediate Purchase Requirement: The protection plan must be purchased concurrently with the product order. It is not available for purchase at a later date.

“I WANT TO MENTION THIS FIRST THAT UNIT I PURCHASED IS CREAM color.” Over all the built quality is fantastic, great sound with nice bass for rock music & as everyday speaker for movies whatnot. Speaker of such size in my opinion is better suited for rooms, dorms & not for living area. The battery life is impressive however to get device to full charge does take some time. It is my very first purchase of Marshall wireless speakers & i am loving it.
