- The high safety 18650 power lithium battery with large power supply offers a safe and durable performance. A full charge can take you 30 kilometers.
- When commuting to work, press S to go faster. When cruising around the park, press D, and in crowded areas, you can turn on the pedestrian mode to go slower. Simply double press the power button to switch between modes and easily adjust the speed to your surroundings
- The kinetic energy recovery system (KERS) has been fully upgraded, and the energy conversion efficiency has been further improved. It can recover the kinetic energy of each braking and non-powered coasting, and convert it into usable electrical energy to further improve the cruising range. The efficiency of energy recovery can be adjusted through the Mi Home App to meet your individual riding needs.
- It only takes 3 seconds to fold the scooter together. At a folded height of just 49cm, the vehicle is compact and takes up less space, making it easy to fit in the trunk.
- The body is made of low-density, high-strength aerospace grade aluminum alloy material and can carry a load of up to 100kg. With a net weight of 12.5 kg, it is both light and durable.

Eligible Items: This warranty covers non-warranty items only. Products specifically designated as non-warranty items at the time of purchase qualify for this protection plan.
Coverage Period: The 7-day warranty coverage protects against defects or malfunctions that occur within the first 7 days after the product is received. We will first attempt to repair any defects or malfunctions. If repair is not feasible for any reason, we will promptly offer either a replacement or a full refund.
Claims Process: Customers must report any issues promptly within the coverage period to qualify for a claim under ezCare. Claims can be submitted to our customer support via email or WhatsApp and should include:
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)
- Detailed description of the issue
- Photographic evidence, if applicable
Exclusions: Coverage does not extend to:
- Intentional damage (e.g., deliberate tampering or misuse etc)
- Physical damage (e.g., water damage, scratches etc)
- Loss or theft of the product
- Cosmetic issues that do not affect functionality
- Change of mind or buyer’s remorse
Transferability: This coverage is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser. The protection plan is not valid if the product is sold or transferred to another party.
Immediate Purchase Requirement: The protection plan must be purchased concurrently with the product order. It is not available for purchase at a later date.
