Every meal you eat and every glass of water you drink can be easily quantified, and displayed as kilograms, jin, or pounds, effectively helping you to finely manage information about your weight.
- Mi Fit APP renders your movement curve: Open the Mi Fit APP and you can view curve plots of your data and body changes anytime and anywhere. You can clearly see your transformation process. You can also make fitness plans and dietary adjustments based on your BMI (Body Mass Index). Also, your weight data will be automatically uploaded to the cloud each time via the APP and stored, with there being no limit.
- Lower weight is not necessarily better. Keeping an ideal weight is healthiest. Mi Smart Scale 2 is equipped with an ideal weight measurement function, which intelligently calculates your weight based on your height, age, BMI, and other data, so that you don’t have to lose weight recklessly and become excessively thin for the sake of aesthetics.
- To maintain a stable body being able to balance oneself is essential. Balance is a basic physical ability. Improving balance can reduce the risk of falls and joint injuries. Policies:
Coverage Start: Coverage begins immediately upon the delivery of the order.
Eligible Items: This warranty covers non-warranty items only. Products specifically designated as non-warranty items at the time of purchase qualify for this protection plan.
Coverage Period: The 7-day warranty coverage protects against defects or malfunctions that occur within the first 7 days after the product is received. We will first attempt to repair any defects or malfunctions. If repair is not feasible for any reason, we will promptly offer either a replacement or a full refund.
Claims Process: Customers must report any issues promptly within the coverage period to qualify for a claim under ezCare. Claims can be submitted to our customer support via email or WhatsApp and should include:
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)
- Detailed description of the issue
- Photographic evidence, if applicable
Exclusions: Coverage does not extend to:
- Intentional damage (e.g., deliberate tampering or misuse etc)
- Physical damage (e.g., water damage, scratches etc)
- Loss or theft of the product
- Cosmetic issues that do not affect functionality
- Change of mind or buyer’s remorse
Transferability: This coverage is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser. The protection plan is not valid if the product is sold or transferred to another party.
Immediate Purchase Requirement: The protection plan must be purchased concurrently with the product order. It is not available for purchase at a later date.
