Claims Process: Customers must report any issues promptly within the coverage period to qualify for a claim under ezCare. Claims can be submitted to our customer support via email or WhatsApp and should include:
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)
- Detailed description of the issue
- Photographic evidence, if applicable
Exclusions: Coverage does not extend to:
- Intentional damage (e.g., deliberate tampering or misuse etc)
- Physical damage (e.g., water damage, scratches etc)
- Loss or theft of the product
- Cosmetic issues that do not affect functionality
- Change of mind or buyer’s remorse
Transferability: This coverage is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser. The protection plan is not valid if the product is sold or transferred to another party.
Immediate Purchase Requirement: The protection plan must be purchased concurrently with the product order. It is not available for purchase at a later date.

Just an updated review after using these headphone for about six months, Everything I said in my last review stood the test of time except the build quality. At that time i thought the build quality was good and exceptional but I was wrong :(. The headphones have managed to break themselves from the arch ( plastic connecting both left and right headphones). It is surprising since i barely used them in these last 6 months. They would usually sit on top of my desk and I only used them for my gaming sessions but i guess that was more than what these headsets could handle. After 6 months of usage my final review about these would be that the sound quality holds up but the build quality wasn’t that good or maybe this was just the case with me :(.

So I couldn’t hear any was dying to campers back stabbing me cuz of my bad hearing. I couldn’t play VALORANT cuz I was afraid someone would sneak up on me and knife me since my last headphones were shitty AF. Got these headphones and now I can hear players in their spawn, I am like an owl on hunt hearing each and every sound an enemy makes, No one is safe from me, I can hear them breath and their heart beat from across the map. Guys I literally heard new instruments in songs I’ve been hearing for decades now.

9/10 because they make my ears sweaty and the 7.1 is not true 7.1 the software makes it sound like 7.1 but you’ll clearly see a difference between true 7.1 (Like Corsair’s Void) and this 7.1 (Razer Kraken X lite)
Overall built quality is exceptional, plastic feels good and sturdy and over all sound quality is excellent.
