Goods That Do Not Meet The Description
At EEZEPC we take pride in our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Should a product not match the description on the website, you have 7 working days, from the date of delivery of the product(s), to claim an exchange or cancel an order by returning the product(s), undamaged, unopened in any manner, together with all packing materials and documentation to EEZEPC.
Video Proof
Customers are advised to record an unboxing/unwrapping video after receiving their parcel. This video will serve as proof that the customer genuinely did get a faulty item. If you don't have the video evidence, your claim for return will not be entertained. The customer will not be eligible for a refund or exchange if the video is recorded after the package has been unboxed/unwrapped.

This mouse is really comfortable for my palm grip. Decent size and the weight is superlight. Love how it glides on the pad. I feel like I could use it all day with no fatigue due to its weight. It only takes about an hour and half for it to completely charge to 100% and can last upto advertised 71 hours or more. The only drawback of this mouse is when I tap it on the surface, it randomly register the left click which can be annoying at times. Although didn’t find anything related to this on the web so might just be my unit being a defective one.
