Goods That Do Not Meet The Description

Should a product not match the description on the website, you have 7 working days, from the date of delivery of the product(s), to claim an exchange or cancel an order by returning the product(s), undamaged, unopened in any manner, together with all packing materials and documentation to EEZEPC.

If you don't have the video evidence, your claim for return will not be entertained. I am really disappointed with my purchase because it’s been just 3 weeks and already my mouse feels like it is going to break the clicks are fragile already when I press with my full effort it feels as if they will break down even the sensor does not feel like as if it is of real Glorious Model O a mouse that costed me all of my pocket money 11,500 Rs . I really thought that my gaming experience would get better after this mouse but unfortunately I find no difference between my old mouse which costed 4,000 and this mouse which costed 11,500 .
