Goods That Do Not Meet The Description
At EEZEPC we take pride in our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Should a product not match the description on the website, you have 7 working days, from the date of delivery of the product(s), to claim an exchange or cancel an order by returning the product(s), undamaged, unopened in any manner, together with all packing materials and documentation to EEZEPC.
Video Proof
Customers are advised to record an unboxing/unwrapping video after receiving their parcel. This video will serve as proof that the customer genuinely did get a faulty item. If you don't have the video evidence, your claim for return will not be entertained. Honestly, I was a bit nervous when choosing a new keyboard, until I came across the G413 TKL SE keyboard, it took about 3 days to get here but it was definitely worth every penny.
The keyboard is a 79% brown switch keyboard (tactile), and it’s surprisingly quiet, which is a bonus :P.
If you’re looking for a premium keyboard in the 10k range, pick this up. You won’t be dissapointed.

I’m going to write the honest review. Product quality is great and was delivered on time. It’s is expensive if you compare to other keyboards. Like it has no RGB, NO Software control, doesn’t come with a keycap remover.
The only thing that no one tells you about the keyboard (it is not a that big of a deal but i thought i should let you know)
As the keyboard top is made of aluminum, it can give you electric shock if you are setting on the ground, have no shoes on or wet shoes. Keycaps are fine. they don’t give you shock so.
