I must say that the delivery experience was very good 🙂 The product looks to be in excellent condition, and works well so far, just as advertised. The only things stopping me from giving it 5 stars are the facts that the delivery person never contacted about the estimate for the time of arrival, and the email I got from Eezepc, telling me to get ready for receiving my order, was sent a day before the mouse actually arrived. This made me curious as to why it hadn’t arrived yet.
Also, Eezepc never replied to my email in which I asked how to claim the warranty in case of a problem. So that is also not good. Otherwise, the product itself looks to be fine.

I ordered the mouse on 3rd Nov,2022 & received on 4th Nov,2022. Delivery time was almost a day or lesser. The seller is really responsive, helpful & understanding. I would like to talk about the seller service more than even the product frankly. The mouse was in mint condition, box was sealed with all the razor paper work and sticker. I’ve used many mice in the past but this one was on a whole new level. The only 2 negative things are the Higher LOD ( Lift Off Distance) & No Razor Warranty. For me the Warranty a.k.a Razor Care is not a big deal as I don’t think anyone would be able to break or damage the mouse so easily, plus the LOD is a company fault due to using a cheaper sensor in the mouse. I have added a calibration screenshot too and if you set the settings according to that, the LOD is solved easily. For me the LOD on 1mm feels too less so I increased it to 2mm which feels just right. The product is 100% authentic and if anyone is wondering why the packaging has Chinese, it’s because it is Razor Chinese Variant for the Asian market. Highly recommend to people who like to claw & fingertip grip. Mouse suits small to medium sized hands & fits my hands perfectly.
