Goods That Do Not Meet The Description
At EEZEPC we take pride in our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Should a product not match the description on the website, you have 7 working days, from the date of delivery of the product(s), to claim an exchange or cancel an order by returning the product(s), undamaged, unopened in any manner, together with all packing materials and documentation to EEZEPC.

Customers are advised to record an unboxing/unwrapping video after receiving their parcel. This video will serve as proof that the customer genuinely did get a faulty item. If you don't have the video evidence, your claim for return will not be entertained. I was looking for a budget headset and Arctis 1 stood out. I was initially apprehensive about placing an order, having had bad experiences with most online purchases in Pakistan. The gentleman on the phone ensured that these were ordered off Amazon, still not fully convinced, I decided to throw the 11k away see what happens. And they proved me wrong. They were true to their word. The product was delivered intact, functioning and on-time. The quality of build is exactly what I’m come to expect from Steelseries having owned their keyboards before. The sound isn’t full like I was expecting but I love the mute and volume controls. In hindsight, I should have ordered the wireless equivalent. But very happy with my purchase, was going to give the headset a 4 star but didn’t want to mess up a review that’s also MOST IMPORTANTLY about the folks are Eezepc keeping their word and delivering what they’re showcasing. 10/10 will come back to shop again.
