- Intentional damage (e.g., deliberate tampering or misuse etc)
- Physical damage (e.g., water damage, scratches etc)
- Loss or theft of the product
- Cosmetic issues that do not affect functionality
- Change of mind or buyer’s remorse
Transferability: This coverage is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser. The protection plan is not valid if the product is sold or transferred to another party.
Immediate Purchase Requirement: The protection plan must be purchased concurrently with the product order. It is not available for purchase at a later date.

Ok so, I am not sure if the product is not faulty but it disconnected twice in the middle of a transfer. Transfer speed is about 80-90Mbs. I am used to using Transcend’s drives. This is the first time using WD. I hope the disconnecting problem does not persist.
